Bytky for AI assistants
Ask your AI assistant about Czech listings
Bytky's MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other assistants the whole history of every Sreality and Bezrealitky listing: prices and drops, true monthly costs, area trends and travel times. Connect it once, sign in, and ask in plain language.

01What to ask
Ask the way you would ask a friend who knows the Prague market. The assistant picks the right Bytky tools, and every answer links to the listing on Bytky and to the original advert.
Find 2+kk rentals in Praha 2 under 25,000 CZK that are good deals.
2+kk to rent in Praha 2 under 25,000 CZK: which ones dropped in price recently?
Is this flat fairly priced for the area? https://www.sreality.cz/detail/…
How have rents per m² moved in Karlín over the last year?
What can I reach within 20 minutes by metro + tram from Anděl?
What's new for sale in Praha 7 under 8 million CZK since Monday?
Save that search and add the two cheapest flats to my watchlist.
Which of these are within 30 minutes of my office by transit?
Draft an enquiry for the second one in Czech.
02ClaudeWeb and desktop
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Bytky and paste the server URL. Leave the advanced OAuth fields empty: Claude registers itself.
- Choose Connect, sign in to Bytky and allow access.
- In a chat, turn Bytky on from the tools menu and ask away.
https://api.bytky.com/mcpDon't see custom connectors? Your plan or your organisation's settings may not include them; on Team and Enterprise plans an owner adds connectors for everyone.
03ChatGPTDeveloper mode
- Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create. Name it Bytky, paste the server URL as the MCP server URL and pick OAuth for authentication.
- Create it, then sign in to Bytky and allow access.
- In a chat, pick Developer mode from the + menu and turn Bytky on.
ChatGPT moves these menus now and then; the steps stay the same: a custom connector with the server URL and OAuth.
04Claude Code
Add the server from your terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http bytky https://api.bytky.com/mcpThen run /mcp inside Claude Code, pick bytky and choose Authenticate. Your browser opens to sign in and allow access; Claude Code keeps the token and refreshes it.
05Cursor and VS Code
Cursor: add Bytky to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or a project's .cursor/mcp.json), then open Cursor Settings → MCP and log in to Bytky.

}VS Code: add it to .vscode/mcp.json, choose Start above the server and allow VS Code to sign in to Bytky.

}Other MCP clients connect the same way: the server URL over Streamable HTTP, with OAuth 2.1 sign-in (dynamic client registration and PKCE).
06Permissions and privacy
When you connect an app, Bytky asks you to allow up to two things:
- Search listings and market data: every read tool. Needed for anything to work.
- Use your saved searches, watchlist, alerts and commute places: optional. Untick it and the app can still search, but not see or change your lists, filter by your commute or draft enquiries from your renter profile.
Your plan's limits apply exactly as on the web (a free account keeps 2 saved searches): when one is reached, the assistant tells you and links to Bytky Plus. Tool calls are rate limited per account.
Apps never see your password, and Bytky never hands them seller or agent contact details. Enquiries are drafts only: you send them yourself from Sreality or Bezrealitky. We log which tool was used, how long it took and whether it worked, not what you asked.
Listing titles, descriptions and agency names are written by third parties, so your assistant should treat them as information, never as instructions, and ask you before it deletes anything from your account.
Disconnect an app at any time in Settings → Connected apps; it stops working on its next request.
