    Clearer Terms of use, and a record of what you agreed to

    We've rewritten the Terms of use in plain words: what Bytky's figures are and aren't, your rights as a consumer and how we tell you about changes. Every earlier version stays available from the Terms page, and the next time you sign in we ask you to accept the new one.

    Withdraw from a Plus purchase within 14 days

    Changed your mind about Bytky Plus? Within 14 days of buying it you can withdraw from Settings → Plan: Plus ends straight away and we refund what you haven't used. Every purchase is now confirmed by email, and the Terms describe Plus, payments and your rights.

    An email before your free trial ends

    If you started Bytky Plus with a free trial, we email you three days before it ends, with the date and price of your first payment and a link to cancel in Settings if you'd rather not pay.

    A proper welcome from the Telegram bot

    Open the Bytky bot in Telegram and it now explains itself: what it sends, how to connect it in three steps and what connecting shares, with a button straight to Settings. Once connected, it lists what will arrive and links to your saved searches and watchlist.

    Fairer verdicts on houses

    A house asking far less or far more than similar houses nearby no longer gets “Good deal” or “Pricey” for that alone. Its verdict steps one band nearer the fair price, with a note to check the condition and the terms, or what the price includes.

    Connect Telegram in Settings and your alerts arrive in a chat with the Bytky bot, with buttons to open each listing. Free accounts get one daily digest; Bytky Plus sends them as they happen, outside your quiet hours. Send /mute 1h to pause them, or disconnect any time.

    Getting started on every page

    Getting started now sits in the header of the home page and the rest of the site too, with the map tour and what a free account adds. And saving a listing or a search before you have an account now offers a free sign-up straight away, with signing in beside it.

    New to the map? Getting started now walks you through it: the filters, filtering by travel time, the metro and tram lines (it switches them on for you), alerts, and what every listing tells you about getting around. Getting started now shows on phones too.

    Getting started now stands out in the header, before you sign up too, and on your first visit it says where to start. The checklist marks your next step, and on the map its "Do it" points straight at the button to press.

    Watch the films right inside the tips

    A tip with a film now plays it in place. Close the tip or scroll on and the film carries on in the corner, so you can follow along while you try it. Play all of them in a row from the Help centre, and look for new tips on area pages, saved searches and the investor tools.

    Bytky Plus is on sale

    Get Plus monthly or as a 3-month pass. You pay right on Bytky by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and manage it all in Settings: change your card, cancel or resume, and download your receipts.

    Continue with Google on the sign-in and sign-up pages, with no password to remember. It signs in the extension too. Already have an account? Connect Google in Settings, and disconnect it there any time.

    Show a listing on the map

    Each listing in the list has a pin button beside the heart that zooms the map to it and opens its card. On the map, the card has a zoom button too. The pin colour key is now one slim row, and tags and price pins have square corners like the rest of Bytky.
