How it's made
Where the figures come from
Every figure on this page is worked out from the flats on offer, not from a survey or an estimate.
- Every night Bytky records every flat on offer on the main Czech listing sites, with its asking price or rent and, to rent, the charges it states.
- Each figure by size is the median of a town's flats of that size on offer that day: half ask more, half ask less. A size needs 5 flats; fewer show a dash.
- The rent and price per m² and the gross yield are the month's, over every size, as the investors' rankings show them.
- The towns: every regional capital, and any other among the 20 with the most flats on offer. A town with fewer than 5 flats to rent, or for sale, is left out of that side.
